These are some of the most frequently reported error messages and their remedies. Please contact the webmaster if you experience any further problems.
"The page cannot be displayed."
The catalog server is down. Try again later, perhaps tomorrow.
The catalog server is usually available, but for technical reasons is down for maintenance or for some other reason more frequently than is the case with most websites. When the catalog server is down, you will receive a "404 error" message, telling you that "The page cannot be displayed."
"Maximum number of concurrent users reached on the server."
Too many other people are using the Catalog. You have to wait until one of them logs off (by closing their browser) or is logged off. Try again in 10 minutes.
The catalog server cannot handle more than five inquiries at the same time. This will not usually be a problem, but if it is you will receive an error message, telling you that "Maximum number of concurrent users reached on the server."
